From Faux-Chateau to Modern Elegance…. this predictable suburban, traditional home, was transformed into a high style perch above Lake Sammamish. The clients desired color and a happy atmosphere in their newly acquired home. Holly was to furnish from scratch. Unique color relationships, elegant, simple forms and rich fabrics all made this the winner of “Best Living Room”. Note how the room now relates to the outside with details like the gold branch floor lamp echoing the tree opposite the window and the carved wood cylinder side table. Lyrical silk threads loop through the Tibetan rug. Shimmering bronze side panels frame the view.
